Substitution Policy Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Delivery Policy:

Delivery Policy There is a seven dollar fee for deliveries in Watertown. The charge for lake deliveries which is nine dollars. Additional fees may be added, at our discretion, depending on the distance of the delivery from our store. Watertown Flowers reserves the right to decline delivery service depending on distance or other circumstances. We deliver to local funeral homes seven days a week. All other deliveries, including deliveries to the local hospital, are made Monday through Saturday. Please note the delivery cutoff time is 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Due to the voluminous number of orders on major holidays such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, we cannot guarantee specific times of delivery. We recommend you call our shop at 605-886-5438 to schedule a delivery to a hospital or funeral home.
